User can change the location at which grid element is connected by selecting that element, pushing on the green dot at the location, where the element is connected to a busbar and simply dragging it to another bus.
Note: it is possible to change the placement of elements only if the element dragging button is enabled.
Hint: In order to select several elements the user can click the right mouse button and drag around those elements or can hold Ctrl button pushed and select several elements by clicking on them one by one.
It is possible to change any element's connection point by clicking on the element with right mouse button. Green dots will appear and mark the elements connection point. In order to change it, user should drag that green dot to the desired connection place:
It is also possible to drag element that is not connected into desired place at the scheme. If element dragging and snapping buttons are enabled, single element can be dragged to a desired place. When element is dragged to the place that it can be connected, the connection element is marked in green. It means that user can stop holding left mouse button and the element will be placed to the marked place:
If element or the whole line is connected to the bus, it is possible to change its position only with respect to that bus:
In order to detach element and move it to other location user can right click mouse button on the element and select Graphics → Detach element or select element and press CTR + D. This will attach element from the bus and afterwards it could be dragged freely:
If element snapping button is enabled, single or attached element will connect to other element or bus. If snapping button is disabled, element will only move freely in the scheme and can move onto the bus, but not connect:
