Hardware Key (USB key, dongle) comes with each copy of EA-PSM Electric. USB key must be attached to the computer and provides access to the software. Purchasers get a dongle key at the moment of purchase and it is sent by post. To setup this licence, user should select Demo from the licence selection.
Note: During installation and first start of the program, internet connection is necessary.
Floating licence. This type of licence requires internet connection to work with EA-PSM Electric. License is based on IP address. Customer must have a VPN. License could be installed in Customer’s local server, or Customer can connect to validate license to Energy Advice external server. This type of license do not allow you to use EA-PSM Electric outside of your office without VPN connection. To learn more about floating licence validation please read the installation manual.
Software as a service license (SAS). Energy Advice provide user name and password for each user or one for the company. This licence is verified by internet, but not related to IP address. To login using this licence for the first time, user should select I have a licence → SAAS licence and enter provided username and password.
Demo. Demo licence has full functionality as other licences, only that number of buses is limited to 15.
Licence key. Licence key can be purchased from eapsm.net and allows user to use licence with selected number of buses for the selected period of time.
