To perform DC short circuit calculations, the user should open the “Calculate” drop-down menu and choose the option “Short Circuit DC”. Once the preparational calculations are finished, the user may choose the node with which a short circuit is formed. Choosing a node in the circuit by hovering on a node ( icon should appear) will “connect” the node with the grounding point and calculate power flows.
The DC short circuit results can be seen in the “Short circuit results” summary. It can be opened by choosing the option “SC summary” under the “DC Electrics” section in the “Summaries” drop-down menu.
