In order to improve visualization of big networks, for example, distribution network automatically imported from GIS, software allows to change “Scheme view” settings. These settings allow to efficiently work with big one-line network diagrams.
To optimize loading of a larger scheme, schemes are loaded by blocks:
It means, that depending on the scheme view settings, areas of a large schemes are not showing visible particular elements but blocks instead. Separate elements become visible after zooming in or changing scheme view settings.
Scheme view settings meanings are as follow:
If there are more nodes than this limit, scheme is displayed as blocks when zoomed out.
Maximum number of nodes that are displayed. If with current zoom position there are more nodes than this limit, scheme is displayed as blocks.
Maximum number of elements that are displayed. If with current zoom position there are more elements than this limit, scheme is displayed as blocks. If this number is exceeded individual elements and nodes are not rendered.
Minimal number of shown blocks. It means that scheme is shown in blocks if it reaches such number of blocks with set scheme view parameters. If this number is exceeded individual elements and nodes are not rendered.
Size of a block in pixels.
