           The element reliability settings are defined a little differently. Here we specify the failure frequency and the ability to fix the failure.

Failures per hour

1. Failures per hour
The frequency of the equipment failing. This will usually be a small number, as equipment fails once in a few years or even less frequently.

Repairs per hour

2. Repairs per hour
The ability to repair the equipment. For example if 5 is defined, it means that the equipment is fixed in 12 minutes. (60/5=12).
