If the GIS information is linked with EA-PSM elements, the scheme should be saved by saving files through the main EA-PSM window. Saving the file this way will write the GIS data into the scheme .json file. Opening scheme files into EA-PSM and opening GIS manager will automatically display all the GIS data.
